When it comes to pain...we can choose. When it comes to hardship...we can choose. In fact I want to encourage you today, that you can choose your hard. In fact, I would argue you likely already are.

Give a level 3 problem level 3 effort and give a level 10 problem level 10 effort.

The more we believe life "should" be easier, the more difficult it will be. Because we will lead to a constant state of frustration, blame and hopelessness.

It was seemingly out of the blue that life around here went from normal to chaos...and everyone was in the same boat trying to survive.

The headlines would lead most of us to think the end is near! But of course, that's what they want you to think, so you will keep watching. We have a hard time looking away from an accident (I dare you to try) and the media outlets know it.

If you want to combat the chaos and overwhelm you're currently facing, then get back to basics.

If you really want to create lasting changes in your life, then I would suggest you consider the question, "Why do I want to change?" before you choose what to change.

I recently turned 59 and I'm as healthy as I've ever been in my life...but the reality is, I have no idea how long I have...how many days I have left.
